Alan Chin
President
Mr. Chin was a former architect and real estate developer in the 80’s and 90’s designing, developing, and constructing residential and commercial projects throughout the Greater Seattle area.
Since 1995, Mr. Chin has spent much time working on technology projects around the world. During his watch as CEO at EMIT Technology, the company won the international Frost & Sullivan Award for the Best Entrepreneurial Company in 2006.
Mr. Chin is one of the Founders and currently CEO for Telford Solutions Inc.
Lillian Yuen
Senior Vice President
Lillian has over 40 years of cannabis cultivation. A member of the Industrial Hemp Association of Washington with relations with the US Dept of Agriculture. She is a hemp expert, co-founded the Yunnan Industrial Hemp Company in China in 1999, facilitated hemp industrialization in the country. She was one of the first to farm hemp in 2018 under the US Farm Bill Act, and first to ship a historical shipment to China distributing USA hemp seeds. Her agricultural expertise is invaluable, continuing her industry leadership worldwide.
Kaine Telford
Inventor
An Australian scientist living in Southeast Asia, Mr. Telford was an inventor creating affordable housing solutions from agricultural and landfill waste. Mr. Telford has implemented social programs in countries with affordable and sustainable living communities. These communities were a great success whereby the Prime Minister of Malaysia awarded him Honorary Citizenship. He is one of the Founders of Telford Solutions Inc. Mr. Telford will continue to invent and create new ideas and products to help people in need and to help mitigate climate change.
Laurence Severance
Board of Director
Laurence Severance is a Washington State lawyer with more than 30 years’
experience. His principal areas of practice include real estate, tort, and business litigation. Mr.
Severance also holds a Ph.D. in social psychology from Duke University, and a B.A. degree in
Economics. He has served in leadership roles on various non-profit Boards. He has long-standing
interests in affordable housing and environmental sustainability.
John Waihee

John Waihee was born in Honokaa, Hawaii. He received his bachelor’s degree in history and business from Andrews University in Michigan, and his law degree from the University of Hawaii in 1976. His political career began with his election to the Constitutional Convention of 1978. In 1980 he was elected to the Hawaii House of Representatives, and in 1982 he was elected lieutenant governor of Hawaii. In 1986 he became Hawaii’s fourth elected governor and the first elected governor of Hawaiian ancestry. John served two terms as governor of Hawaii.
Bo Gimvang
Technical Advisor
Bo Gimvang was born on July 12, 1951 in Sweden. He has an advanced Master of Science degree in paints and protective coatings. Mr. Gimvang has worked and consulted for many top chemical companies around the world including Dupont and 3M and has accumulated over 30 years of experience inventing highly successful specialty paints and protective coatings in Europe and the United States. Mr. Gimvang is a world class chemist in the nanotechnology and has been involved with the development of over 150 to 200 paints, coatings and cementous materials. He is the owner of more than 17 patents filed between years 1996 to 2010.
Lai Tran

Lai Tran is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the information technology and services industry. He possesses a proven track record in areas such as negotiation, sales, customer relationship management, technical project management, team building, and professional services. Lai has a strong aptitude for communication and training, and is highly regarded for his ability to effectively train others. In 2005, he founded Tech Lab, a computer repair services company, and has since worked with a diverse range of clients, including Microsoft, Subway, Nike, and Windermere, among others. Above all, Lai is driven by a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
